OLD VILLAGE CONVERTED INTO A RURAL COMPLEX

The unique farmhouse has its origins in the middle of the 19th century, it is located in the middle of a farm that was once an agricultural exploitation, mainly cattle and olive. At present, the 54-hectare farm maintains traditional production with sheep, organic oil production, orchard, farm and horse facilities.

 

The small village is made up of several stone constructions where the workers' houses and units for livestock and agricultural work were located.

 

The complex consists of 5 apartments, decorated with great taste, with rustic elements and excellent quality materials that preserve the flavor of the original buildings; all of them have a fireplace and heating, have one or two bedrooms, living room and bathroom.

 

The village is also made up of other dependencies and common areas, such as the old oven for making bread, or the silos and warehouses for tools and carriages, which have been transformed into a cozy dining room and kitchen. The gardens, ponds and wells, as well as the old pool, converted into a pool, surround the buildings and offer spectacular views of the pasture, in an idyllic rural setting that gives the feeling of having traveled back in time.

 

The farm is endowed with a unique landscape variety, with oak groves, cork oaks, pasture and olive groves. It is easy to see native fauna such as eagles and hawks, storks and herons, wild boar, roe deer or deer, as well as countless species of small birds.

 

This sensational property is located between the Sierra de Gata and the border with Portugal, in the north of the province of Cáceres, in a perfect environment that allows you to visit medieval villages and castles or Celtic ruins, and that makes it possible to enjoy nature in the wild.
