This is a building made of stone, flat brick and wood, with a total built area of 1,200m². The ground floor used to have the fulling mill machinery, several rooms and access to the patio, which still shows the arched aqueduct made of bricks and a fountain that used to provide the water. The structure has been respected and the machinery renovated, thus providing a large open plan room with columns and a coffered ceiling made of oak wood. Currently this was being used as a dwelling for the factory operators. The floor with slanted ceiling still has the great wooden coffered ceiling and the old mud slab floor.
