Magnificent estate of 8 hectares bordering the River Esgueva with irrigated land and almost 25,000m² of gardens, trees lining the riverbank on some of which you can see fruit growing. The basement, with a unique vaulted ceiling, is where the cellar and a traditional oven can be found.

The property has other buildings making up the more than 1,500 m² built in the estate: a guard house, rooms that can used for events with kitchen and bathrooms, and barns for livestock and labour.
