Solid construction of the late nineteenth century that maintains its original structure and its thick exterior walls. It is a typical manor house that consists of the housing and storage area and the dependencies for agricultural work and livestock. It has a main entrance and another one in the back, of great width so that carriages can enter and it is also entrance for the farm workers.
According to its cadastral record, it has a constructed area of 942 m² that includes, in addition to housing, the first floor, haystacks, livestock units, etc. In total, the land area is 2,011 m².
