This singular construction was designed by a great architect from the end of the 19th century, who became the professional most demanded by the high bourgeoisie of the Basque Country in his time.
The main building has 720 m² built on four floors, its structure is made of plastered masonry stone, it has a hipped roof covered in clay tiles and a large eaves that rest on carved wooden footings. In its main façade, the flat doorway and the balcony on the first floor stand out. The windows are symmetrical in all their facades and are flat. The upper part of the building is made of red brick with a colorful decoration of blind arches. The access from the street to the garden preserves an original cover with a semicircular arch made of masonry stone and ashlar masonry.
Currently the building houses two houses on the first and second floors that have a hall, kitchen with dining room, living room, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom; Both have hot water and natural gas heating. The ground floor is not equipped, and the 3rd floor is a large, high-rise loft.
The construction is arranged on a land of almost 1.000 m² with a garden in the front and rear where the pool is located and a 116 m² built storage or garage.
It is located just 7 kilometers from the city center, in a small town surrounded by the Bilbao estuary. It has excellent communication on the AP-8 motorway, 5 minutes away, and is connected by metro and bus to the center of the capital.
The property offers multiple possibilities for reform, depending on the use for which it is intended.
