ESTATE IN THE HEART OF SIERRA DEL SEGURA

The estate comprises 18 Ha of land surrounded by a spectacular landscape, bordered by the Segura River along more than 3km of its boundaries; it enjoys irrigation rights and water supply. The orography is very diverse and it includes areas with pine, holm oak and oak forests, as well as several fenced off orchards containing 4 and 6-year old holm oaks inoculated with black truffle, with the relevant certification.

In one of the plots that are part of the estate, a new house has been built occupying 550m². Window shutters, the roof and the interior partitions have been added, with the rest of the features pending completion. Close to the dwelling there is a large water reservoir and the old ruins of an old southern-style country house, with 700m² that can be built on. Next to the access road there is another house of 150m² in need of renovation.

The estate is located in one of the largest protected spaces in Spain, the Natural Park of Sierra de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, a privileged natural environment in the province of Jaén. Just 300 km from Madrid.
