This unique palace was built in the 30s of the last century, with a marked design of Andalusian historicist architecture, characterized by the baroque decoration of the facades and the use of white and albero colors, traditional of a large number of emblematic Andalusian buildings in this era.

From its curved façade, the profuse decoration based on iron fittings, pinnacle finishes and the square tower on one side is striking. All this presents a construction of great beauty.

Inside, the central patio is a beautiful work of neo-Mudejar architecture and serves as a distributor for the rooms on the ground floor; its columns and decoration recall some rooms of the Alhambra in Granada. The decoration of the rooms maintains the original elements based on tiles, a skylight in the patio, magnificent wooden coffered ceilings and colorful tiled floors painted with floral and geometric motifs.

The house houses several lounges and living rooms, a kitchen, 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; other service rooms have a staircase leading to the noble rooms; the tower floor is a living room with a fireplace and access to the roof of the building, where you can see a magnificent view. The palace also has a basement where the winery, warehouse and garage are located. The area of terraces and outdoor patios has peaceful places, with a swimming pool and numerous flowerbeds of trees and ornamental plants, which preserve the privacy of its inhabitants; the heating is diesel.

This splendid property is one of the emblematic buildings of Villanueva del Arzobispo, a town located in the Jaén region of Las Villas, and in the foothills of the Sierra del Segura Natural Park. The city of Baeza is 40 km away. away, Linares 70 km and Madrid 300 km from the municipality.
